AM- Got in some more exercises. Did planks, declined push-ups, wall sits, flamingos so far. I got to find another set of exercises for the other days. And what a beautiful day. I cant wait to get home and get in a run tonight. PM- Went for the longer loop this time out by the airport 2. Took the first mile slower to warm up and then start to push the pace and tried to hold it there. At the moment the sub 8 min pace seems just enough for me.
