Havent been able to get any running or get my pushups in.  I am finally feeling better today.  Took Mon-Tues off from work.  Wends went in but wasnt feeling to hot.  Finally though today I am feeling alot better.  Saw the foot Doc on Mon.  Sounds like no visible fractures or anything.  Gave me some excersices for my foot.  It was a foot sprang and not ankle.

Foot feeling better today.  And my cold wasnt bothering me much.  So went out and ran 7 miles.  Not sure of paces or times.  I was hoping to do more but that is about all I could do comfortable.  When I got home I did my push-ups.  Week 4 day 1.  Went just as planned.  Wish I didnt get sick so I wasnt feeling as tired on the run or doing pushes.  But got them done.
