AM-  Rode to work with my sweetie.  Had a good ride.  Temp was nice and cool with a slight breeze.  Did it in 28:20.  Nice and easy ride.  Got in 2 sets before getting to work.

dips 20 x2 PM- Rode home and had a flat tire about 2.5 miles from home. So had the wife to give me ride home. And will fix it tomorrow when I will have more time.

Rhett- Yep keeping track of it on here. Only 15.5 per day but it adds up nicely. Just getting into doing that nice and easy too. Dont want to build it up to fast. And today was all about saving on gas.:)
