Got out for a couple miles before meeting up with the guys. Only had 2 show up today. Pete and Jeremy. But JeffC had a great excuse with his wife having a baby last night at 5:30. And I got a text at 1am that Aaron was in SG and wont be back till Fri. So warmed up 1 mile and then pushed the pace coming back to meet up with the boys. Plan was then to warm up for say again for the first mile and then run 3 miles tempo. I was going to shoot for 7:30 or quicker pace for the tempo. Problem was we hadn't ran that way before and it was going to be an out and back. So got out to the 2 mile mark and waited for the other 2 and then kicked it back home. Mile 1 ? Mile 2 8:08 Mile 3 10:20ish Mile 4 7:32 Mile 5 7:27 Mile 6 7:24 .25 ran back and picked up Jeremy

Sounds complicated, good pacing though. How were the temperatures?

Temps were around 70 or so. Starting to heat up around here more.
