Way to get out there again my friend. Keep up the daily running and it will get easier and you will gain more fitness and endurance. Just be careful not to overdo it.
Ya that is the goal. The hard part is mostly just changing up the schedule to doing it. And it is actually giving me more free-time. But I still feel I need to ajust it up some. And try running when its cooler in the mornings. Instead of at like 5-7 at night. Like tonights run will be like at 8:30pm. But I am seeing the benefits of it already.
