Ran with Eric again. Feeling a bit better from the weekend. Did alot of resting and skipped yesterdays workout. Yesterday called for speed workout and today was a swim. But opted to run with Eric and kick it up some on our 2nd mile and then last .1. He did well on the 2nd mile and need a bit of a recovery on the last one.:)
