Will probably play some Bball tonight for a few hrs.

So ended up playing some hoop after all.  Played for 2.5 hrs.  I should really probably count some of that time as running time or something.  Full court all night.  I just love playing longer.  Which normally means I get alot more pts and can out run more people.:)

Following the FIRST run less run faster program again. So 3 days of hard training. And 2 days of xtraining or easy running.
