Tempo run this morning.  It was nice and cool with a slight breeze.  Goal was to run 1 warm up and 1 cool down.  With 4 @ 6:49 it went pretty good.  And the blisters weren't a issue.  Great morning for a run.

PM-  Went for a swim after work.  Was still a great day.  Only got in 20 mins vs the 30 mins on Tues.  Got to chatting to a race director that was swimming there too.  Still a good swim.  And my legs feel much better after doing it.  I got to get back in my biking groove again.

Hey Huans, I was thinking! Don't you think you should be tapering rather than doing speed training that should have ceased about a month ago.......are you trying to injure yourself????

From timp on Thu, Aug 12, 2010 at 17:08:08 from 129.188.33.25

unless he is peaking for SGM, training through Park City

Slick- Good point. I am running PC like a long run. Like the last 2. Since SG is my goal race. It will be just a long training run. And so I will taper maybe my long run this week from 18 to 10 and the Thur tempo from 10 miles to 3 at MP for SG. But still run PC around 3:30-40 is plan.

Tim- Right you are Tim. Just going to change up a couple runs but still hitting them hard. Since I only run 3 days a week. The week after I will take it easy for sure too. More swimming and biking is the plan. But still 6 weeks before SG.:)

NICE Tempo run and consistent pace! Looking good for PC and peaking for SG.
