So how long does it usually take you do do this core routine of yours? Are you pretty tired when you are done? Do you rest between set or just go from one to the next?

Kathie- Oh I will be over it soon enough.:) By Ragnar I will be ready to go.

Rhett- Hmm for 2 sets around 20 mins and for 3 sets 30 mins or so. I try to give different parts of my body time enough to recover(3 mins) before hitting them again. Except the wall sits and lunges. Both are good hard ones on the legs. The lunges dont seem to do as much any more so with the wall sits they get a good burn. By the end of it I am sweating some. But not at all tired. If anything I am ready to work good and hard the rest of the day. No rest between sets. Its a long curcuit. I use to do 2 seperate one but now its just one long one. Since I share some of the same workout area with another guy that does them a bit different.
