Went down to the park again.  It was nice and cool at 5:30pm so started out at a slower pace for the first mile felt good so I kicked it up a notch and kept it there for the rest of the run.  The last quarter I even picked it up more.  So had a good run.  Going to eat and turn in early so I can get a run in early tomorrow morning.  Here are my splits...

That fact that you can run this fast so soon after the marathon in a really good sign. I sure wish you could send some of that cool weather my way. Oh well, we should see some next week as our lows will be in the low 70's, that's what I'm talking about.
