Did a time trail ride. With a 15 min warm-up and then 30 mins on a flat road. And 5 mins cooldown. Was kind of tough. I was able to keep right around a 20.1-2 speed for the ride and 85 cadance. I think my av watt was 210 range and like 163 av heart rate. Tons of stats on that computrainer. Just not sure what all of it really matters or not. My legs were still a bit sore and tender bottom starting out. Good ride overall. |
