Opted to doing Sat workout over todays ride. So I did 70 mins on the bike in the gym then jumped onto the TM to do 45 run. Did the xcountry course on the bike twice. And then TM just average pace of 8:30. Legs were a bit like jello after the ride. But cleared up after a bit running. Took a gu around the hr mark. Going to be heading down to SG for the IM. It should be alot of fun volunteering and cheering this weekend. |
