Swim this morning. 45 mins in the pool. Did more drills and tried some paddles also. Kind of different but I am not ready for those yet. Feeling better and better about breathing on the left side. Sure its not even close to perfect but its improving each time. What was helping was rotating more. So now working on looking straight down and rotating more. Seems to work pretty good for getting more air. Tried to change up my stroke some. That only left me with too many things to work on. So went back to the breathing and rotating. |
