Tempo run at the gym. Goal was to hit 3 miles @ 6:34 after 2 miles warm up and then 1 mile cool down. Struggled on this one more then I would like to admit. At almost 2 miles I was not feeling it. Ended up hopping off 3 times in the last mile winded. Wasn't feeling well last night so didn't swim or ride. Day 4 in my new area. Spent most of the day in training reading and testing. Its quite a bit different then my last area. Still a lot of the same sort of stuff. But most its trying to figure out the dynamics of the new group. Very quite but clicky group. Odd things is there is only 3 of them.
