AM- Brrrrr it was 18 degrees out this morning.  And Pete came to run with me about 5 mins late.  But really only my thumbs were cold for the first 1 then pulled them into my jacket and I was fine.  I must of left my watch on last night from the run that I didn't do outside.  So I am not sure of the paces.  But felt right around the 8:00 mark again.  Pete likes to start out fast and kind of keep the same pace the whole time normally.  So we ran the 5 mile route.  And it wasn't to bad really.  I can handle the cold.  But throw in the wind and no thank you.

PM-  Got in 30 mins on the expresso bike.  About 8 miles total is all with a bunch of hills.  Legs are feeling pretty good.

Nice running in the cold. You're more dedicated than me.

Good run, it is getting really frigid up there, and yes I am liking these temperatures here even though we might get snow tomorrow.

Cal- Well I dont do that early morning run thing that often. Once in a while I can handle it. I will try not to make it a habit for a few more months.:)

Flat- Wow you guys might get snow?? I think we wont be getting ours till the weekend.

Sounds cold. It's been a little cold here the past few days, but not like that. Usually high 20s or low 30s.
