AM- On the training it was a 75 min run. Figured I would up it to a 80 and 10 miles. Went off pretty well. For the most part its a flat run with just the one hill at the middle and in the last mile. Felt pretty strong for the most part and took water on the run since it was a bit longer then a hr. Good thing. The weather was perfect too. 63 degrees oh yeah!! PM-  Went for a 30 min swim.  Felt a bit better then the last time I swam.  Swam first 300 first then 200 with fins then 100 again.

Very cool. How are you feeling about the marathon?

Feeling good that I will get it done. Not sure about how long though.:) Figure I will just run with Slick till the wheels fall off like with Kathie. Then just run walk it in. Got another tri 2 weeks after again. And will start focusing on SG and a BQ.

That was a really good day. I think all the swimming and biking is helping your running.

Good luck pacing with Slick on Saturday. I await your race report. The one where you talk about a break through race and beating Slick to the finish. :)

Looking good. Looks like I'm going to have to start swimming again. Maybe I should plan for a tri in the fall.
