PM- Had a nice ride home.  Looks like I didnt post this till later.  Did it in 23:30 so a bit slower then normal.  But just what I need to do for my recovery.

my legs were sore today too.

thanks for the encouragement on Saturday. i'm sure i would have dropped off pace a lot earlier and had a much slower time if you hadn't been there.

great job on your PR too! you're going to have an awesome SGM this year i can tell.

Cal- Yeah they are good and sore that is for sure. Felt like I did a full or worse. But I think mostly because we just went and showered and headed back up North. And didnt work out much of the soreness as usual. But its a good soreness.

And you did awesome. If I could of been stronger those last few miles with you we would of gotten that sub 1:30 for sure. It was great pacing with you though. Your one tough runner.

What are these cards you are talking about? Can you get them around here?

From Huans32 on Tue, Jul 21, 2009 at 13:08:54 from 138.64.2.76

Smooth- Yeah I am feeling more recovered today. Man it felt like I ran a marathon or something. Should be good for a speed workout tonight.

Kathie- They were giving them out down at the race in Bryce. Its from selectmed. I will be doing them again. You just pick a card for each min your working out. And do that workout. Its a nice change.
