AM- Rode to work today.  Took it at a easier pace today.  Legs were sore from last night run.  Did it in 29:29 so a bit slower yet about the middle time.  Cadence was nice and consistent.  Got in 3 sets again today.  Hoping to get in some push-ups too.

Smooth- Thanks Smooth. It is a great active recovery. My legs feel so much better now. Granted I didnt push it as hard as last week. We will see how the tempo run will be tomorrow.

Cal- Oh yeah I love this race. It is my favorite half. Hope to see you down there before the race. I am sure I will see you after.

Kathie- Got to love recovery days. Yesterdays speedwork was just plain tough.

Teena- Oh I am getting there. Just going over tactic and such. I just hope the weather will be perfect like the last 2 yrs. I am so excited to do it.
