AM- Rode with the wife to work.  Was alot better this time.  Not sure if it was the wife with me that did it or just that it was my 2nd time doing it this year.  But improved by 5 mins this time versus last time.  And it felt pretty good.  The wife was on my tail the whole time.:)  She is such a strong rider.  Ride out has all the hills.  Lets see if I can beat my time going home today too.:)  Got in 3 sets of my routine also.  3rd came a bit later.

PM- Called the wife to pick me up for a warmer drier ride home.  Looked ugly out there.  Crashed early for bed.  My quad in my left leg has been giving me issues.  Going to avoid downhill for a few days if possible.
