Lunges 20 PM- Went out for my 4 miler loop tonight. And wanted to make it my last final speed workout before Ogden. First mile was flat with 2nd uphill and then flat again. With last mile downhill. Felt really good the first mile and was also racing the wife. She went to the store and I was going to try and beat her home. My previous best run on this loop was in the 31s. So here are the splits. Mile 1 7:53 Mile 2 8:08 Fast time up the hill to date
Mile 3 7:15 Mile 4 6:07 One of my fastest miles lately
