AM-  Decided to change things up again on the workout.  Did the Fitcards again.  This time 20 of them took about 30 mins.  Felt really good and I am sure I am going to get sore from this one.:)  Alot of full body, lower body and core work.  Tonight I hope to run 3 easy recovery miles with the wife.

Felt bad about missing running on Sat.  Was planning on doing some miles.  Ended up going to Logan with the wife in the morning.  When we got home the Ironman Championship was on from Hawaii.  And we caught it from the bike ride on.  So 7.5 hrs later they finished up and it was really awesome to watch these athletes.  Finish of the race with a full marathon.  One day, one day....  Then finished up watching BYU beat UNLV.  What a long day.:)

Now I feel ready to start working out again.  Was good to take all of last week off.  Only ran 4 miles which was good.

PM-  Had a great recovery run with the wife.  Worked on form and staying relaxed.  Felt great after the run.

Nice job, Mark-O!!! Dang, I missed the Ironman, again. Maybe I'll watch it on UniversalSports.

Hey, did you make it to Striders?

Dale- Yeah it was awesome. And yeah we found striders. Thanks bro.

Kathie- Wanted to take it easy for the week and take it off. Making it only 1 day running is good for me.:)

Rhett- That is the plan. Nice and easy. Recovery miles still. Still deciding about running CIM in Dec with Mike and Slick.
