AM-  Did 10 cards today.  Alot of abs and full body today.  Felt pretty good.  Going to be doing my run late tonight.  Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

PM-  Got in my run at the club house.  Today is tempo day. 2 miles warm-up 3 at 6:45 then 1 cooldown.  Ran it on a TM so ran 8:30 for warm-up and cool down.  And hit my paces of 6:44.  It sure is easier doing it on the treadmill.  Since I dont have to worry about hitting the pace.  Felt pretty good overall.  Would of rather of ran outside but the storm is really blowing hard.

Nice run Marc. TM running for me is mentally easier than doing it outside. I like to do tempo runs on the TM cause it makes you maintain your pace.

I was thinking about you running last night. That wind was wicked. No way would I be caught dead in it. So GLAD you chose the TM. SMART and GREAT run! Are you coming to the Lehi JRP tomorrow?

Rhett- It was fun.

Smooth- Yeah the tooth is back to normal again FINALLY!!!

MrsFit- Well he did come highly recommended.:)

Marc- Yeah I think your right.:)

Teena- Thanks Teena.

MrsFit- Well I guess I will have to keep working hard then.

Rhett- Yeah its much easier. Keeping your paces that is for sure. So when I do hit them outside its so much better.

Smooth- Oh it was bad out. But was happy that I was able to do it on the TM. It was sure a struggle getting going but was happy that I did.

Way to keep that pace up! It would kill me...happy to hear you didn't run in the smokey air last night.
