AM-  Got in some good sleep again.  So felt pretty good today.  Temps outside this morning were great for a run or ride.  Todays ride to work was nice and cool.  Had to stop at 2 lights that slowed me down some.  Yet was able to get to work 10 secs faster then last Wensday.  I am getting excited to watch the Tour de France.  Which starts this weekend.  It will be interesting to see what Lance does this tour.

Got in 2 sets again today before starting work.

Wall sits 1min x2

Planks 2min x2

Leg lifts 12 x2

Bridges 12 x2

Toe lifts 30 x2

Toe steps 30 x2

Walking lunges 20 x2

Flamingos 1min x2

Push ups 35 x3

PM-  Rode home from work.   Had a good ride.  And feeling alot more comfortable on the bike.  Ended up taking just under 23 mins to get home. 22:45 so picked up the cadence for the ride.

I need to follow you, your all around workouts are impressive. Going to be a fun summer of running & training Bro!

Getting faster is a good thing for sure!

Mike- Just tring to keep well rounded. Still toying with things. But it feels alot better. My body seems to like the xtraining alot more then just running.

Kathie- Yeah we will have to see if the lights work with me tonight. I would like to improve on my return home time too.:)

Great work, but I still think it is getting too hot!!!!!

Is it tour time again, already?! Should be interesting to watch...didn't Lance hurt himself a couple months back. I hope he's ready.

Way to shave that 10 seconds off your ride to work. You could spend 10 more seconds doing planks and flamingos (or whatever it is you do before your boss gets in :)

Kelli- Oh yeah it was warm on the way home. But going was just right.:)

MarcE- Oh he is back at it and has been for a while now. It should be a great race to watch. Lets just hope there isnt as much doping issues this tour.

Good job babe!

I like watching the tour every year too. Too bad 99% of them are cheating though. It would be nice to see what they could do without the doping. There will be doping issues. There always are.
