AM-  Had some time to get in a curcuit routine.  Got in 3 sets of each with some changes to some of the workout.

Mike- Just quads were hurting and throwing off my gait on my speedwork. Might of took the short downhill portion a bit to fast in the 5k and not fully recovered from the marathon. They are feeling better today.

Rhett- Getting there. Erroring on the side of caution right now. With the race coming up next weekend.

Dale- Feeling alot better after a couple days rest. Good thing was both legs were feeling sore the left more so. But right was feeling it a bit too. The workout really did make it feel better and stronger.
