AM-  Rode to work today.  Was a very nice day and had a good ride.  Took me 30:00 so it was rather nice and easy.  Yet made good time.  Will meet up with the wife to ride back home and then most likely head up to Park City.

PM-  Rode home with the wife from work.  The poor wife rode through some fresh road tar on the way there.  And so we had a nice mess to clean up when we got home.  Along with a flat tire on the wifes bike.  Sad thing is she just got it tuned up.:(  Besides that it was a nice ride home.  Took around 24 mins. For the 7.75

Look like you are healed up pretty well from the race! Now down to the serious SGM training!

A couple good bike rides should be perfect for your race recovery. Now, like Kathie said, it's time to get serious.

You're soooo greeeeen. I sure wish I could ride a bike to work...37 miles each way. As soon as I got there, I'd have to turn around and come home! Bummer about Kristi's bike.

Kathie- Feeling really good actually. Still a bit tired off and on. But body is feeling ready to go for Tues speedwork.

Rhett- Yeah that is the plan. Going to try and ride Mon and Wens with my core workouts and such. And Tues Thur and Sat being run days. Cycling/Spin are a great way to recover.

MarcE- LOL that would be a nice little commute. Get yourself a road bike and you could do it. Is it mostly a flat commute to work?? She learned alot from it. So that is cool.
