AM- Today called for a 45 min run. So decided to run the 6 mile loop and try and do it in that time. Ran into a headwind for miles 4 and 5. And the 6th mile was down a rough road. Which is surprising since it was my fastest mile I think that I have ran down that road. Hip is feeling ok. Didn't really notice unless I touched it. Mile 1 7:57 Mile 2 7:47 Mile 3 8:24 Mile 4 8:09 Mile 5 7:40 Mile 6 5:55 TT 45:54 AP 7:39 PM- Swim for 45 mins or so. Went pretty good. Got some tips from a co-worker on my stroke. And it seemed to have worked. I wasn't doing a full stroke. And it helped to lengthen my stroke and felt more balanced.
