Feeling better today so went for a swim with the wife. And now I am ready for a good nap.:) Bad thing was I wasn't able to do the full workout. But I did feel really good about what I did do. The intervals were 16 x 50 with a short recovery. So I ended up doing only 10 and felt good with that. I did all 10 of 10 the full distance. Last time I did it was 4 of 10. So it was better that way. Still have a lot of stuff to work on. But making great progress. Lets hope I will be ready for the 750 in 2 weeks at Daybreak. 300 warm-up 10 x 50 500 200 cooldown Will go for a nice easy run after a good nap. Went for a nice 4 mile run. Felt ok.
