Felt a bit chilled last night and turned in early to warm up.  Slept really well last night and my body feels back to normal.  Might getting in a few miles after work and before I get my girls.  Feeling pretty good.:)

Got in a run tonight and it felt pretty good.  First mile felt slow but was actually about the same pace as my normal warm-up.  So decided to make it a 4 miler and headed uphill.  The pace up the hill was good was a good workout.  The 3rd miler is flatter and bit harder but was starting to loosen up.  Last is the downhill mile.  Was hard to push the pace.  At the end I finally loosened up more and was feeling good.

Yeah it is alot. I am really wanting to let me body heal up as much as possible and kind of as fast as possible. I am feeling better then most days this past year today. So will see after a run and during it how the recovery is going.
