Foot feeling better today. And my cold wasnt bothering me much. So went out and ran 7 miles. Not sure of paces or times. I was hoping to do more but that is about all I could do comfortable. When I got home I did my push-ups. Week 4 day 1. Went just as planned. Wish I didnt get sick so I wasnt feeling as tired on the run or doing pushes. But got them done. |
