Going to start upping my mileage per day/week.  So first day of adding 7s.  Going to see how it works.  Went 5 laps around the park.  Wasnt sure what I wanted to do tonight besides adding more mileage so after the first mile came in a bit faster then recovery just went with what felt good.  So first couple around 8 and few just under.  It felt good and the temp was just right.

Good run Mark. You are so dedicated, especially running in the dark all the time. Let me know how it works out for you adding extra miles.

Nice run Mark. Upping the mileage is always a good thing as long as you listen to that body.

Hey mark how is that garmin working? Have you figured out the problem or are you looking for a new one for christmas?

From Rhett on Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 17:09:05

Marc, way to keep up the miles and at a pretty good pace. That is almost marathon pace for you isn't it?

Nice run 1st day of the week. How many miles are you shooting for this week? How's the Garmin working?

From huans32 on Tue, Nov 18, 2008 at 18:13:58

Ya I will be listening to the body closely. As for the Garmin I might be getting a new one. I just think that the trees and the weather last week messed it up. In Liberty park they got some huge ones. For Sat run I didnt get it started right so that was most of the problem. Or maybe I am just in denial of it being broken.:) My marathon pace is 7:26. So it was really recovery run(bit fast). Tonight I will make more of a effort. Going for 50+ this week.
