Got in 2 sets of my normal workout today.  Tring to get back into the routine again.  The trip was fun and enjoyable.  With the bad weather and such made it hard to do alot of stuff.  But it was very relaxing.  Now to just get back to the norm again and ready for SG.

Planks 2min x2

Bridge 12x 2

Leg lifts 12x 2

Walking lunges 20x 2

Toe lifts/walks 30x 2

Flamingos 1min x2

Wall sits 1min x2

PM-  Got in a easy ride up to Copperton tonight with Liz and MrsFit.  Was great temps and not much of a wind.  Got to love it.  Was 16.5 and 1hr and 03 mins ride.

The first day back after a trip is always the hardest for me. Welcome home.

Kathie- Ah the bad weather was ok. Just not what you would hope for in Hawaii. But it was still a great get away. And we did see alot of rainbows.:)

Rhett- Thanks its good to be back home.

I think any trip to Hawaii, rain or not, would be great. I agree, the first day back is always the hardest, but in no time you will be back into the old routine. Great workout!!!

Any trip with "the wife" to HAWAII with any weather is GREAT! Welcome back! GOOD to get back on the routine and training, eh?

Welcome home. What are your running plans this weekend? I wonder if you will have to adjust with your wife's Tri?

From Huans32 on Tue, Aug 18, 2009 at 14:46:09 from 138.64.2.76

Kimmy- Oh it was a great getaway. Can't wait to go again.:)

Smooth- Yeah did some of it there. Just missed out on the biking. Did some swimming and such. Just nothing worth or reporting.:(

JohnnyV- Yeah I am wondering the same thing. I got to do 15 this weekend. And with the wifes Tri it will have to be later in the day or something. You up for a run later in the evening maybe??

Hawaii sounds so fun - I need to go soon! You want me to send you my purple wig so you can embarrass MrsFit in her tri? :)
