Got in a early morning run with Peter.  A guy in the ward that is coming off of a injury.  And has been struggling getting past the 3-4 mile barrier with it.  He does more tris then anything and has a 6k coming up on turkey day.  So just did a nice 4 miler and at the end of it he was feeling good.  So we tossed in another mile.  Felt good.  Maybe I will be able to get in a few more runs with him.  He is a fast guy so it will be good to run with him.

Got to work and had some spare time waiting for the boss to come in.  And feeling good so got the cards out.  Did 12 cards today.  Was mostly fully body and core.  Felt pretty good.

Nice run! Are you doing the Painter's 5k or half?

Nice run with a friend. A 6K, really? I guess that would be a guaranteed PR.

Good run, good times. I'm guessing the 6K is that Cold Turkey Run that goes up City Creek on Thanksgiving morning? I ran that last year with a bunch of family and friends. It was low key and a lot of fun, but I ran too fast coming back down and messed up my achilles.

6K - now that is a different distance...3.7 miles?

Nice Run and workout.

Chadl- I am going to be doing the half. Last year I had to do the 5k due to a injury. So it will be great to do the half this year.

Rhett- Yeah for me it would be. But he has done it a few times. I am doing the same 5k that I have done the last 2 years.

Flat- Yep that would be the one he is doing. If I hadn't already paid for the other one. I might of changed to that one. But this course that I am doing the 5k at is the one I hope to PR on. Nice and flat course.

Tim- Yeah I think that works out to like 3.72ish.

Teena- Those fit cards that I use every so often. They gave them out down at Bryce Canyon half this year. Its like 50 different flash cards to do. So just shuffle them and do a different workout each time.

Smooth- Yep.:) Shhhhh. I saw him at the Tri that Kristi did. Been trying to get him to do a run for a while now.

Kathie- Yeah its a good start to the week.

Those cards sound cool.
