Got a  call from Pete to run late last night.  Thought sure why not.:)  So got up early this morning to get in a recovery run.  Felt a bit fast starting out but just fine after warming up.  Looks like his test will be next month since this past weekend had some bad weather.  My legs and such are feeling good.  Iced my knee after the run last night as preventive measures.  Bit chilly this morning at 30 degrees.  Good thing there was no wind.  Wasn't bad at all.

When it is that cold out, almost any pace will seem a bit fast at first until you get warmed up. Nice recovery run.

NICE run! It takes 3 miles these days for me to warm up. I hope to get acclimatized to the cold soon. I'm glad there's no wind for your run this morning!

Rhett- Oh I hear ya there. Alot of chatter makes me forget my paces. Pete seems to like to start out fast everytime.

Flat- Got to love no wind.

Kathie- :)

Marc- :) I am happy to see my mileage for the week. And my body seems to be handling it well.

Smooth- Oh tell me about it. 3-4 for me and then I am good to go. Its just getting to that point.

Cal- Thanks bro. Knees have been feeling great really. Icing them afterwards has really made them feel good. I just want to build up some running days and then work on some speed and such. Feeling good.
