Joined up at a new gym on Sat.  And so today was the first day of working out there.  So kind of did a bunch of different stuff.  Started out doing the Arc Trainer for 10 mins.  Kind of different then the elliptical that I am use too.  So then got on the treadmills.  Warmed up and then did 5 strides.  And then ran .25 mile at 6:11 pace to see how it felt.  Felt pretty good.  Then moved over to the machines for 3 sets.  And then free weights for another curcuit.   After that I moved over the the bike.   They have this cool bike called the expresso or something like that.  Were you log into it and it will track your rides.  You can choose through a bunch of different courses to ride.  With varity of challenges.  And you gear up and gear down on it.  Was alot of fun and the time just flew by.  Got off of that drenched.:)  So overall spent about 1hr and 45 mins.  They are a bit weak in the different machines.  But good in cardo equipment.  I am looking forward to going again.  8 miles or so on the bike.

Nice workout Huan! I plan on switching to another gym early next year. I need to start swimming again for my crosstraining days.
