Just another recovery run.  Focusing on posture and staying relaxed.  Seemed a bit tougher this run then the one on Tues.  But still a good run.  Temps were perfect right at 62.  Decided not to run CIM.  Next marathon will be Ogden.:)

Good call. Just keep focusing on building milage and proper running form and then make a good run at the BQ next year. 2010 will be your year.

Kathie- Yeah Ogden is a great race. Not sure if I will be able to BQ at it. But will see here in a few months.
