Nicely done, Mark! I hope to one day run as fast as your recovery pace. :)

What races have you signed up?

At the moment only the ragnar I have paid for. But plan on doing Ogden, SGM 2 runs in the runner series for SGM. 5k in Sandy for the Turkey Trot. Rest is still kind of unsure.

Wow, 8:08 is a nice and easy pace for you!!?? Are you sure I'm not slowing you down on Saturdays? (excluding the falling of course)

From huans32 on Tue, Oct 21, 2008 at 16:01:01

Hmm maybe it wasnt nice and easy. I did pick it up after the first 3 miles and then 5th was slower since I was gabbing and then last mile faster. But it was relaxing and felt more recovery then anything else.
