Meet up with Teena and the gang for a run at on the JRP.  Was a nice run and was able to see some people I havent seen for a while.  Not much to report besides Teena hitting a man hole and going down next to me.  She was just skinned up a little bit on her hands.  And I hope nothing else.  So was nice to meet up with them and will try to do all my long runs on Sat with them unless racing throughout the winter.

Yeah we ran into him at the gate. And then again after coming back we ran into him walking around on the parkway. He was kind of odd. LOL said something about checking out the area.

You're so funny. Hey, I think you're pace is messed up. Here's the funny thing ... as I am falling to the ground I am thinking, "I need to stop my watch as soon as I hit the asphalt so it doesn't mess up my pace!!" Too funny. I don't think you stopped yours there or when we got fluids around mile 11. I ended up running home with Bishop so was able to get a little more mileage.

I'm so glad that you are going to be running with us this winter. It's going to be great (if I can stop falling).

Yea I noticed that when we stopped to talk to Walter was a extra bit of time there and also I think at 9.5 I didnt stop it there either. So that is why. Not use to stopping it I guess is all. I am really looking forward to running with the group too.

That's wonderful you're able to run with the Chumpers. You're a real "road angel". Good thing you were there to help Teena. Wish I was fast enough to join you guys.

Have you decided which marathon you'll run in Nov.? Is CIM calling your name? I heard it's a great BQer.
