OUCH!!  As I started this run.  I started walking around to warm up.  And do a nice recovery run.  Well as I crossed over to the outside lane.  I got bit by a wasp or something.  Saw them fly off.  And was deciding what to do.  Stunk pretty good but didnt want to waste time on it so I started my run.  Kept it mostly around 8:30 or so.  And had a good run.  At 5 mile mark ran into someone and just started chatting so over shot my run by an extra lap.  Now its time to deal with my bit or sting.  Didnt see a stinger so I will try some meat tenderizer after i type this and before I shower.  Hope it wont affect Sat race.  Was going to get up early and run.  But will see...

Nice miles Bro! Wasp sting, ARGH! Those suckers burn. Good luck on Sat. You have some serious determination, running 3 marathons in such a short period of time.

Two more sleeps til TOU. Good luck Mark and remember to keep it nice and easy with only a few marathon pace miles coming down the canyon. You will do just fine.
