Ran a recovery run of 4 miles.  Nothing to bad.  First mile was a bit rough.  But felt good at the end of the run.  And alot stronger then Mon run on the same loop.  Will be playing some hoop tonight too.  Not sure if I will stay till 11:30 again that was a bit late.  But we will see.

 

Played from 9pm till 11:15.  And called it good.  Was alot of fun though.  Hit alot more outside jumpers. We had 4 on 4 all night too.  No rotations.

I have been working on strengthing my ankles and such. I dont know why I am wanting to do it more then just to get to know the guys more. Call me crazy. i will be careful.

Well I dont know I would say I am in now. I almost felt like I was the cause of the loss on Fri. Since I traveled like 3 times. LOL But I really enjoy playing it and they are a great group of guys. Its just important to put more into church activity for me right now more then before. If you know what I mean.

Basketball..I never got very good at it. I think I never had the right shoes. Being a bigger guy, all the fast starting and stopping did way more damage and caused way more blisters than any marathon I've run! It's a great workout and a great way to make some friends...don't hurt yourself, MarkO!

Lucia- Recovery run for me is around a 8:30 pace run. Wasnt pushing it on this run just easy run. I am tring to build back up some miles.

Marc- I was ok at it. Just a bit slower then most. But still enjoy playing it.

Rhett- That was last weeks thinking since I run normally on Tues and Thurs. This week changed it up with Mon Wend. Seemed to work well.

Teena- Ankle felt better this week over last week. Iced it before I went.
