Well no running for a while that is for sure. I can swim and bike. Herniated L5 and S1 is bulged. The good thing is that it is mild on herniated one with a slight tear. So at the moment no surgery.:) Just no heavy lifting. The problem I was having was with it herniated it would leak out acid fluid that would really hurt if it hit a nerve.

I have a herniated disc and it eventually went away, so there is hope. There is an upside, though, no more EQ moves!
