Went down to the park and ran a few loops.  Started raining right close to the end.  But wasnt much.  Watch was having issues on this run with the overcast i guess.  For the last lap.  And extented it some I am sure from the normal 6 miles.  Felt alot better then yesterdays run.  But throughout the day I just felt drained again.

Hey Mark!!

Glad you are feeling somewhat better. Make sure you are also getting plenty of fluids, vitamins, and minerals. I hate that "sluggish" feeling ... like something is not quite right. Sure wish I could run 7:48s while feeling drained!! :)

Good job running even when you were feeling sluggish. You are doing great!

Ya I just started taking up my vitamins and such to help cure the cramps I hope. And used a S!caps on my runs now to see if it does much for it too. I will know here in 10 days or so if it does for ToU.
