Working later this week.  So got out a bit late for my run.  And Alex called wondering if we were running.  So after I got off work I picked up him and his GF.  We checked out running at the Olympic Oval.  But they have some championship going on this week.  So the track was closed.:(  So headed back to my place and ran to his place and then looped around on the 6.2 loop.  First few miles were slow for his GF.  And then picked it up for the end.  Bit of snow was on the ground for the last mile so didn't pick up the pace really fast.  But it came in under 7 mins.  Felt pretty good on the run.

Good run Huan. Always good to finish strong. Do you have any particular shoes for running on the ice/snow?

Nope just the same shoes for everything. Asics Foundation 8s is what I wear.
