AM- Had a good workout this morning. Got 2 sets in this morning so feeling pretty good. 2 sets seems to be just about right to maintain in good shape.

Smooth- I got to try those around the world workout. They sound alot tougher.

Kathie- Hmm not sure if I will or not. I think I will just keep doing these. Maybe not the last week though. Its all part of my training for say. No lifting really just body weight.

Rhett- Yeah I am feeling pretty good. I am hitting my workouts as I should. Only a few more to go. I am going to go for it.:)
