AM-  Nice morning for a run.  Had a breeze from the South.  With the temps around 68 or so.  Legs felt really good and recovered.  So after relaxing in the first mile decided to see how they were doing and picked up the pace.  Ran into that head wind on the return 2 miles.  And really wanted to push the pace the last mile.  Had a bit of a head wind the whole way.

PM-  Open water swim clinic in East Canyon.

Clinic was postponed due to bad weather. Oh man.... Might have to go up there this next week or go to the Jordanelle instead since we will be spending the week up in PC.

Good job Mark! I need to start looking into the Tri training more. Was going to wait until after STG to really get after it.

Paul- Dang it they canceled it.

Kathie- Yeah feeling good just taking it easy this week. Will hit it harder next week I hope. Going to be hard since we are vacation next week and have a tri at the end of the week.

Mike- Yeah there is alot of different training programs out there. Hard to find one that works. I would start working on it now though. I mean like today. At least start working in swimming and biking with your running. To build up the base you need. In the sprints I have been doing its not the run or bike that give me any grief its that swimming part. And then biking and running.
