AM-  Rode to work today.  Starting to get a bit darker in the mornings.  So hoping to get as much riding is as possible before its to dark to ride.  Had a great ride.  And kept a good strong cadence.  Did the ride in 27:30 so one of the faster rides.  Hit a top speed today of 41.9.  Which is one of my fastest if not fastest I have gone downhill.  Also got in 7 cards.  Couple sets of push-ups and squats.  Didnt have as much time as I would of liked but was still good.

And I am hoping it will start to get cooler with the dark. BUT that dark is making me want to sleep in!

Have a great week!!! And nice job this morning on the bike.

I remember you riding last year to work in the dark. I notice the sun rise later each day. But it's still very very HOT! Nice speedy ride today!

42 mph is flying on a bike with skinny tires. Once I blew a front tire moving at that about that speed going downhill. I thought I was going to die. Luckily I was able to control the bike until I slowed down. Have fun and be safe on the bike.

Kelli- Yeah its still nice and hot. Cant wait for it to cool off just a few degrees.

Smooth- Yeah so I am not sure how much longer I will ride though. Wife tends to think I can go the whole month. I am not so sure. Way to easy to get a flat in the dark.

Rhett- Well I had a flat tire again on the way home from work. Going only about 32 or so downhill. Was the back tire and a tack was the culprit. So it was a slower leak. Was able to slow down and stay in control till I stopped. Kind of glad it was the back tire and not the front.

Mark, I hope I didn't jinx you with that flat tire. Like you said though, at least it was the back tire and it wasn't a sudden blow out.
