Another 12 hr shift today so I can have Fri off.  Might try to get in a few miles after work tonight on the treadmill.  Or maybe a date not sure yet which.  I plan on easy pace for tonight if I do and easy pace for the race tomorrow.

Run to your date's house, have her run with you to the restaurant, movie theatre (wherever) and then run her back home!! No?? You don't think that would work? How come?

Rhett- Its feeling better I just havent ran with it yet. Well since my 13 miler that one week. Its feeling better I will see tomorrow night.

Kathie- Yea same girl as before. Gal I use to run with last year for all the halfs and such. My old running partner.:)

Teena- Hmm very tempting besides the fact that she already ran today. Only reason I dont say more is that my X might be reading the blogs so I keep it nice and vague. But she knows now that I have been dating her again. And well yeah. You will just have to wait till I see you guys at Painters for the real scoop.:)
