Felt a bit tired and not really into the workout. Ate later and got to bed later then normal. And was up a few hrs early talking with the wife and stuff coming up. So when I got to the track I was feeling sluggish and not much motivation. Just ran with Shane and JeffC talking about nutrition and goals. So like yesterday it was more of a recovery/easy run. Went a bit over time wise and so haven't even got in my stretch yet. More just talking with the guys and helping them. We ran 2 of the 5 1ks we were suppost to hit. Still get in the milages for say. Just not the intervals. Really kind of just wanted to see what these guys were wanting to get out of the work outs. And suprisingly they do like all the info and instruction I have been giving them.:) |
