Felt really good today.  Went out and did a tempo run.  Feeling good coming into this taper for PC and hope to keep do well at it.  Just 2 loops around the block.  The garmin kind of lost the signal around mile 2.  But overall time was 48:46.  So I am sure it was around 8 min miles so I was happy with it overall.

Nice tempo run man. Now get all nice and tapered for PCM and have some fun with it. Do you plan to race PCM or just use it as a training run? What is your time goal?

Plan on running it with Slick at a 8:00 pace for 3:30. Which would be a PR for me. And looks doable I am sure. But still keep it as more of a training run over racing it good and hard. ToU will for sure be a training run though.
