Got in alot more sleep and rest.  Not having much fun.  Yeah maybe I will have to run with Kathie at Ogden.  Just hope I am feeling better by then.  Called in again today.  Hopefully my doc will see me today.:(

this is a tough time in anybody training schedule and even more so with yours. Take care of yourself, listen to your body, it will tell you what's happining and when you should lighten up.....and be sure to get as much sleep as possible.
