Got in a few miles this morning.  Ran around the block a couple of times.  Was a beautiful morning with the moon out.  Got to love running in the morning like that.  More issues with the garmin.  This time I just left it on all night.  And had a low battery when I went to get it.  Oh well it was still a good recovery run.

Ya I am not to worried about it right now. I am actually quite happy with the run. Since it was around the block and last time I did it I had issues with my knee popping. Only had it slightly this time which is a big improvement. I will have to go uphill next time. Hmm Maybe that is what I will do tomorrow morning. You going to be joining us on Sat Dale??

Mark...

I don't think I'll be able to make it Saturday. I really need to get some sleep Saturday morning. I told Mark (Fly) to let me know when there will be some runs on Sunday's. That would work out better for me, but no worries. I hope you guys have fun.

Good job Mark. It was a nice morning to be out running.

Good job. The few time I ran in the dark (morning mostly and never at night) I loved having the moon as my partner...simply beautiful.

So how is the weather up there? Is is getting cold? It has been in the low 70s in the evening around here and I think twice before heading out into that cold air.

From huans32 on Fri, Nov 14, 2008 at 11:00:42

LOL it is getting chilly cold. Temps last night were cold but not freezing again. Didnt get out for a run this morning since I had my girls. Sounds like for the trail run with Andy and Fly will be around 56 later in the day. So in the morning like 30-40s I would guess. Its been raining alot more then snowing.
